Japanese customers site visit to discuss the details of the bag filling and sealing machine

On 7 August 2024, we were pleased to welcome our esteemed customer and his technical team from Japan on this sunny day. The objective of this visit was to conduct a comprehensive assessment of our bag and sealing and to negotiate the specifics of the proposed collaboration.
The customer has clearly defined their requirements this time. The customer plans to fill soups at 1kg per bag with a temperature of approximately 80°C, with a target filling speed of 20 bags per minute. Additionally, the customer was utilising pre-made bags and required the ability to fill and seal liquid sauces.
During the meeting, the specifics of the machine were discussed in great detail. From accuracy of filling to firmness of sealing, from stability of to ease of operation, every aspect is considered, and we strive to provide the most satis for the customer.
Communication extends beyond the scope of work. At noon, we had the pleasure of sharing a meal with the customer. The diverse Cantonese cuisine was a delightful experience for our customers, who expressed high praise for the exquisite dishes. The atmosphere was characterised by cordiality.
Following the lunch meeting, we accompanied the client to the airport. Both parties said their farewells in a cordial manner and expressed their anticipation for the final order's implementation.
This site visit and discussion are an important step in fostering business cooperation and strengthening the relationship between the two parties.
